Side dish: Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients


• 8 mushrooms (Agaricus)
• 1 garlic
• 1 samll onion
• 2 spoons oil
• 1 spoon parmesan
• salt

Preparation


Clean mushrooms and separate cups from stems. Stems chop in small pieces and fry them with garlic and onion. Fill cups with filling and sprinkle them with parmesan. Bake on the medium heat for 10 minutes.
