Mushrooms on the Dalmatian way


• 500 g mushrooms (Agaricus)
• 4 tomato
• 2 onion
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 1 dcl red wine
• 2 cloves
• 1 dcl oil
• 3 garlic1 dcl olja
• 1 spoon vinegar
• salt, pepper


Chop parsely, onion and garlic. Heat the oil and add onion, later add garlic, cloves, salt, pepper and pealed tomato. Slowly cook on weak fire. Cleam mushrooms and cut them in pieces. Add them in pot, also add wine, vinegar and water and cook it for more several minutes. You can serve it warm or also cold.
