Risotto: Risotto with Mushrroms


• 200 g mushrooms (Agaricus)
• 70 g butter
• 150 g rice
• chopped persley, salt, pepper


Cleam mushrooms and cut them in thin slices. In a saucepan over low heat cook mushrooms and salt and pepper them. Cook rice and rinse it under cold water. Then mix rice togehter with mushrooms and serve it with choped parsely.
