Stew: Mushroom pot


• 500 g mixed mushrooms (Boletus, Cantharellus, Agaricus….)
• 1 spoon oil
• 1 onion
• 2 spoons tomato puree
• 1 sponn ground red pepper
• 1 dcl red wine
• salt, pepper, flour


Clean mushrooms and cut them in slices. Heat the oil and add flour, later add water, mushrooms, choped onion and tomato and cook it. Stir grounded red pepper, salt, pepper and red wine.
