Stew: Mushroom Soup with Winter Vegetables

Ingredients


• 200 g mixed mushrooms (Boletus, Cantharellus, Agaricus….)
• 50 g peas
• 50 g green bean
• 3 spoon rice
• little grounded red pepper
• bay leave, salt, pepper
• 1 onion
• 8 dcl flesh soup
• 2 dcl tomato puree
• 1 carrot
• 2 dcl yogurt

Preparation


Clean mushrooms and cut them into cubes. In soup add choped carrot, green bean, peas, onion, rice, tomato puree, bay leaves, grounded red pepper and cook it til it is soft. Then add mushrooms, salt, pepper and yougurt and cook for few minutes.
