Soup: Creamy mushroom soup

Ingredients


• 200 g mixed mushrooms (Boletus, Cantharellus, Agaricus….)
• 1 spoon flour
• 4 slices toasted bread
• 8 dcl soup,
• 1 egg, salt, pepper
• 1 tablespoon butter, parsley

Preparation


Clean mushrooms and chop them in mincer. Heat butter and add mushrooms. Add broth and stired egg. Also add salt, pepper and persley. Serve it with toasted choped bread.
