Cap: 3-10 cm across, convex, margin is inrolled, pale cream ocher to hazel brown at center, pale pinkish, dry, margin is young wrinkled furrowed.
Hymenophore: lamellae are first whitish then dull milky coffee
Spore print: brown
Spore: amygdaliform, with warts, 9-12 x 5-6,5 μm
Stem: 3-10 x 1-2 cm, cylindric, base is swollen, little rooting, whitish to pale clay colored, fibrous.
Flesh: whitish, odor is like cococa, taste is mild to little radish like.
Habitat: gregarious in circles around pine, grows in fall.
