Cap: 7-15 cm across, globose to hemispherical, plano convex, white to pale dingy ocher, in age in center brownish, dry, first is margin inflexed, then straight, appendiculate in center with present patch like volva remnants, near the margin more patch to scale appressed volva remnants, this patches are white to pink or gray brown.
Hymenophore: lamellae are white, cream, greenish cream, or pale green yellow, crowded, free, thick, broad.
Spore print: whitish
Spore: subglobose to oval, 8-11 x 7-8,5 μm
Stem: 10-16 x 1,5-2,5 cm, subcylindric, at base somewhat rooted, solid, white to greenish, little brunnescent, appressed to recurved, flat, with whitish green ring scales.
Flesh: in cup whitish, in stem green yellow, odor is weak, taste is first weak, later sweetish.
Habitat: in meadows and pastures of a certain height, in grass, grows from summer to fall.
