Detailed description


Cap: 3-7 cm across, spherical, later hemispherical and plane, red or yellow orange smooth surface.
Hymenophore: white, smooth, free, floccose edges.
Spore print: white
Spore: subglobose-broadly elliptical, 8-11 x 6,5-9 μm
Stem: 6-12 x 0,6-1,2 cm, cylindrical, white, bulbous base, ring spot on top, white above and yellowish bellow.
Flesh: white, yellowish beneath the cuticle, insignificant smell and taste.
Habitat: in coniferous forests, grows from summer to fall.
Edibility: poisonous
