Cap: 1,5-3(5)cm across, first convex, soon flattened and funnel-shaped, center is with a bump, grown radial fibered, dull, weak scaly pressed, in wet dark to black, also reddish brown, against margin brighter, slightly zoned, in dry lighter to gray-beige, with a faint violet tone, margin is young incurved, later wavy and slightly notched.
Hymenophore: lamellae are whitish to creamy white, broad, if touched after some time reddish stained, waxy, one to two time forked, on stem broad notched to little decurrent.

Spore: spindle shaped to elliptic, 8,5-10,6 x 2,6-3,9 μm
Stem: 3-7(10) x 0,2-0,6 cm, cylindric, wavy, light gray brown and whitish gray on fibered lengt, apex is darker, partly white flaked, base is whitish pressed, fibered, full, fragile.
Flesh: whitish, under the cup skin gray brown, if cut after some time light red, thin, no odor, taste mild.
Habitat: solitary to gregarious on wet, sandy half-dry grass, grows from fall to late fall.
