Fruiting body: 0,1-0,3 cm, young hemispheric, then disk to plate shaped, hymenium is orange to reddish orange, outer surface is somewhat paler and dotted with small brownish tufts of hyphae, also the margin, stemless resting on the substrate.
Spore print: white-hyaline
Spore: broadly elliptic, with 2 drops, 16-18 x 8-9 μm
Flesh: thin, without odor and taste.
Habitat: gregarious to crowded on burned ground, grows from may to september.
