Cap: 4-14 cm across, first flatconvex, soon flattened, dented in the center, wavy bent, old infundibuliform, smooth, dull, in wet little sticky and silky shiny, yellow to light yellow, wit orange ocher concentrically zones, margin long inrolled, young white and fine fluffy.
Hymenophore: first are lamellae light cream, later ocher, broad adnate, some decurrent, many forked.

Spore: subglobose to elliptic, 7-9 x 6,3-7,4 μm, ornament, with solitary warts and ribs, which are not or only few net-like connected.
Stem: 1,5-6 x 1-2,5 cm, cylindrical, base often thinner, white with yellow stains, old ocher brownish.
Flesh: white, if cut pink, later light grey, odor fruity, taste acrid.
Milk: white, unchangeable, acrid.
Habitat: gregarious in hardwood forests, at oak, on base rich soils, grows from summer to fall.
