Detailed description


Cap: 5-10 cm across, fleshy, at first convex, later infundibuliform, smooth surface, yellow ocher, later with 3-4 gray-green concentric circles, in wet slimy surface.
Hymenophore: lamellae are thick, broadly adnate, first orange, later gray-green.
Spore print: ocher
Spore: elliptical, (7,7)8,2-9,9(10,5) x (6,2)6,8-7,6 μm, ornament, from some, partially elongated warts and ribs, which are morely net-like connected.
Stem: 3-5 x 1-2 cm, cylindrical, smooth, hollow, ocher orange, later green.
Flesh: firm, white to orange, slightly bitter taste, no odor. Milk: on air changing in blood red, later purple, bitter.
Habitat: on calcareous soil at the edge of coniferous, mainly pine forests, grows from august to november.
Edibility: edible
