Cap: 4-10 cm across, first convex, later flattened, dented in the center, fine, smooth surface, in wet sticky, ocher on olive brown to oliv yellow surface, grey olive concentrically zoned, margin paler, margin smooth and sharp, also radially grooved.
Hymenophore: first are lamellae cream, later yellow or brown ocher, broad, some forked.

Spore: broad elliptic, 6-8,2(9) x 4,9-6,2(6,6) μm, ornament, from individual warts and ribs, which are zebra liked arranged, and dont form a net.
Stem: 3-7 x 0,5-1,4 cm, cylindrical, base often thin, young full, soon hollow, smooth surface, first white, later orange ocher stained.
Flesh: white, on air pale yellow, odor pear like, taste acrid.
Milk: white, slowly green cream, acrid.
Habitat: gregarious in woods, parks, gardens, on fresh soil, at hazel, grows from late summer to fall.
