Detailed description


Cap: 5-13 cm across, first convex, then flattened, in the middle funnel shaped, fine velvety surface, when moist greasy, yellow ocher, in the margin zoned, margin smooth to wavy and inrolled.
Hymenophore: first cream, later pale ocher, broad, decurrent, some forked.
Spore print: ocher
Spore: subglobose to elliptical, 10,3-14 x 8,5-11,1 μm, ornament, above from numerous warts and ridges, that are only partially network connected.
Stem: 2-6 x 0,8-1,8 cm, cylindrical, thickened on the base, young full, later tight, white longitudinally surface, with brown stains.
Flesh: white, odor fruitty, taste acrid. Milk: white, doesnt change color on air, acrid.
Habitat: usually gregarious in deciduous forests, parks, under oak, on sites on base-rich soils. Not common. Summer-fall.
Edibility: inedible
