Cap: 3-8 cm across, convex, plano convex, in middle with a umbo, slightly viscous, reddish brown, yellow brown, against the margin yellowish to whitish, margin is inflected.
Hymenophore: lamellae are beige brown, tight.

Stem: 5-11 x 0,7-1,5 cm, fusiform, hollow, on apex pruinose, white, covered with yellow brown to rust brown fibrils, at base browning.
Flesh: whitish, odor is cocoa like, taste is mild.
Habitat: tufted in grass under hardwood trees, by oak or hornbeam on clay or limestone, grows in fall.
