• 300 g mixed mushrooms (Boletus, Cantharellus, Agaricus….)
• 8 dcl beef soup
• 2 onions
• 300 g cooked beef
• 3 spoons butter, 2 slices backed bread
• salt, pepper, parmesan
Clean mushrooms and chop them in pieces. Heat butter and add onion and soup. Later also add choped mushrooms, beef, salt and pepper and cook it for another few minutes. Serve it with diced toasted bread and parmesan.
